According to various screening reports, Tabrett Bethell (Legend of the Seeker), has a nude scene in the Australian film The Clinic. Here is a report from angelmist477 in the user comments:

Alright so the nudity scene people are talking about. YES Tabrett is naked. Yes you see pretty much everything but she has a hot body so meh. Did I mention the awesomeness of Tabrett's performance? While one person on the IMDB message boards stated that there was full-frontal nudity, there were some other reports which went into more detail.

Yeah I saw this movie last nite she is nude but is coyly covered below the waste somewhat. Its not done in a in your face way. Its done very nicely.

You definitely see the top half with her face in screen. The bottom half is sort of covered up. But the puppies! Wow!
