In the first clip, Winona Ryder supposedly briefly shows her breasts from the side while with Simon Baker. The problem is her face is not clearly shown with the breast and also an watch she is wearing right before the nude shot disappears during it. Based on that, I unfortunately cannot rule out a body double. In the second clip, Sophie Monk shows her breasts and ass while in the bathroom with Baker. In the third clip, Polyanna Mcintosh shows breasts during a menage trois with Baker and Natassia Malthe, but unfortunately you never really can see Malthe's breasts. Her butt is shown a couple times though while she in in a thong. The final two clips of Jessica Kiper have been combined into one zip file. In the first clip, Kiper, is shown with only whipping cream covering her nipples. In the second clip, her breasts and thonged ass are shown while in bed with Baker. IMDB has Sex and Death 101 coming out in theatres on February 22, but I could not find confirmation of that on any of the other reputable movie sites.
