In the below clip, Natalie Dormer is shown naked after Henry VIII walks through the door. For the most part her hands cover her body up, but most of her left breast, including nipple is shown. As The Tudors does not premiere on Showtime until April 1, I am not entirely sure where this comes from, but the first three episodes are available for rental at Blockbuster. The first two episodes are available to view online at Showtime's web page, but they have been edited for content. The previews of the series indicate there will be a lot of sex and nudity.
